Create a new empty text file called SDNDTG.DYN
Make sure you remove the .txt extention. The file name should read identical to the file name above and it must be in CAP's.
Drop into the GTR2 root directory.
That's it!

Right click somewhere, for example your desktop. Select New/Text Document. Alternatively go to start/All Programs/Accesories/Notepad Once the prog is fired up select 'Save As' and copy in what Ricardo said

The directory where GTR2 is installed Typically c:\program files\GTR2 or c:\games\GTR2 or on Troy's PC c:\freaking_dropping_games\gtr2.

Oddly, my game is at C:\GTR2 - it's not in the program files with my other games. Why is that?

Oddly, my game is at C:\GTR2 - it's not in the program files with my other games. Why is that? That's the default directory for GTR2 when you install the game. It's not an issue...and is a hell of a lot easier to find than looking through all the folders in Program Files.

I realize I am a cpu moron, but I flat can't get rid of the .txt. No matter what I do it says it's a text file. Oh the frustration.

It is with great shame that I must request the file again please. I actually put it on a dics from my old CPU to move to my new one, but when I did it again became a text file. The only was it worked for me was to save the file Tommy sent directly into GTR2, but the file has expired. If someone can help a cpu moron out please.
Thanks,
Chad
